Non-Refundable:
The deposit is non-refundable. However, should your plans change, I offer flexibility under certain conditions.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can lead to changes in plans. Therefore, I have established the following guidelines for cancellations and rescheduling:
Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your booking, please provide notice at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
Rescheduling: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled without losing your deposit. The deposit will be applied to your new booking date.
